Features
See how AI models represent your brand, and what to do about it.
Moistur AI reads what up to 8 AI assistants, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, say when someone asks about your category, scores it daily, and turns it into a weekly plan you can act on. Below is the product itself, one screen per capability.
Visibility
How often AI names you, and where
Every day Moistur AI asks each tracked assistant the questions your buyers ask and records whether you are named, and in what position. Visibility is the share of answers that name you, split by branded questions (people asking about you) and category questions (people asking what to buy), because the two usually tell different stories.
The dashboard opens with the GEO score, the five signals behind it, the competitor AI names most often, and a projected range for the next four weeks with its confidence. An unmeasured value shows a dash, never a zero.

Sentiment
The words AI uses about you
A buyer does not see a score; they read sentences. The sentiment page shows the exact adjectives and phrases the assistants reach for, grouped by the impression they leave, and scores six dimensions of how your brand is described, from quality and value to trust and support, each from 0 to 100 with a confidence range.
Every mention is read by two models from different providers, and neither judges its own answers, so one assistant's habits cannot become your sentiment score.

Competition
Who AI recommends first
Add the competitors you care about and see your share of all the brand mentions in your category's answers, how often you are named alongside a rival, and which assistant favours whom. The share-of-voice figure on this page is the same one the dashboard uses, with the raw mention split underneath it.
This is the signal that moves first. A competitor's new comparison page or a fresh batch of reviews shows up here before it shows up anywhere else.

Citations
Where AI goes for facts about you
Assistants that search the web cite sources. The citations page lists every site AI used when answering your prompts, how often each was cited, whether it names you, and how much of the citing comes from your own site. Sources are grouped by kind (news, review, forum, blog), and new ones are flagged as they appear.
This is the most practical signal to act on: when the most-cited review site in your category does not mention you, the next piece of work is obvious.

Playbook
What to fix this week, in order
Each week the answers become one plan: a verdict on what moved your score and why, what is working, what needs attention, and the fixes in priority order. Prompt fixes name the tracked question they target; page fixes name the page to change. After a fix ships, the following weeks show whether the signal moved.
The playbook downloads as a PDF or a one-page summary, and can be shared with your team or your agency.

For agencies
Every client brand on one screen
Agencies run as many client brands as they need from one portfolio: the net movement across the book, which clients need attention this week and why, and a Monday brief for the whole roster. Click into a client and you are in their dashboard.
Client PDFs, share links and scheduled emails carry your agency's logo and colours, and every client can have a read-only login to their own brand.

How it works
- 1.Add the questions your buyers ask an AI assistant, or start from a curated set for your category, and name the competitors you care about.
- 2.Moistur AI asks each tracked assistant every question once a day and stores the full answer. Starter tracks 3 assistants, Pro and Agency track 6, Enterprise tracks 8.
- 3.Each answer is scored for visibility, sentiment, share of voice, citations and model agreement, with a confidence interval on every number, and the week's answers become a playbook.
How the five signals are weighted, and why every number carries an interval, is explained in How an AI visibility score works.
