For agencies

What your client receives

Two documents, every one of them under your brand: a weekly playbook on Monday morning and a monthly brief. Below are both, for Ridgeway Tools, a sample client of the sample agency Fieldnote Digital, generated by Moistur AI from the sample workspace's stored data and shown here unedited.

Every Monday

The weekly playbook

Emailed every Monday morning, under your brand.

  • The verdict: what moved the score this week, the biggest win, the biggest risk, and the one move to make.
  • The five signals behind the score, each with its change on the week.
  • This week's plan: page edits in priority order, with the page, the effort, the owner and the evidence for each.
  • Content briefs: what to publish, the question it targets, the points to make and who to pitch.
  • The competitive field: share of voice by brand, and the competitor that gained the most.
  • Prompts won and lost, by assistant.

Every month

The monthly AI Reputation Brief

Emailed monthly, under your brand, with the client's score, what changed and what to do next.

  • A cover with the client's name, the window and the score.
  • The headline: the score, its change, and what drove it.
  • Visibility, sentiment, share of voice and model disagreement, with their month-on-month change.
  • Visibility by assistant.
  • What needs attention, the impact of actions already taken, and the next three recommended actions.
  • A prepared-by block with your agency's details.

What the reports will not say

  • An unmeasured number is shown as a dash, never as 0. A score is published only when at least three of the five signals were measured.
  • A change is attributed to a cause only with a confidence label and a receipt (a cited-source shift or a quoted answer). Anything weaker is marked as a watch item.
  • AI-attributed visits are reported as an identified floor, never as a causal lift in revenue.

How the score is built is in How an AI visibility score works; what is white-labelled, and what is not, is on the white-label reports page.

Run it for your own clients

The Agency plan is $499 a month for up to 10 client brands, with these reports under your brand for every one of them. A 15-minute call with a founder: bring one client, we run their buyers' questions live.
